Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24

Christmas '08

We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas. We were very busy "touring" the state. We heading to my parents on Christmas Eve and stayed there until the 2nd. My sister and her family and my grandma stayed with us for a few days so we could all be together Christmas morning. Jackson is very much into Christmas now and Jacob is learning. We did many activities with the boys, as you will see below, and did a lot of lounging around the house. Those of you who could not figure out the elf dance in the last post, we are expecting our 3rd child in July, which made for a very tired Mom throughout vacation!

Playing with decorations

The gift that won't go in the snow! But it sure is fun to sit in as we put it together!

Playing outside at Grandma and Papa's

CHRISTMAS MORNING!
Jackson is patiently waiting to come up and open his stocking!
A new toothbrush!

Jacob is happy too!

CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

Jackson was thrilled to be a pilot!

What do these do?

I love this picture!

ICE SKATING
My mom loves to ice skate, so it is only fitting that she be the first to take JJ. He was pretty wobbly at first, even with a bucket to hold onto, but was doing well after awhile. I think he only went around the rink about 4 times, but that took almost an hour!

I'm doing it!

Next we headed across the state to celebrate the first of the 3 "2007 cousins" 2nd birthday. These 3 were all born 3 months apart and it was so fun to see them play with eachother this trip. Jacob had a lot of fun!

We got home yesterday and now I feel completely overwhelmed by the mess in my house! The decorations need to come down, toys sorted and put somewhere, and get back to life! Happy New Year to all!
