Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24

Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We had a busy week. It started off taking Jackson to get his first (hopefully last) stitches on Monday. Coffee tables can be so nasty! On Wednesday we were thankful to discover the news of our soon to be added Jacob John. It's a boy! We spent Thanksgiving in Pullman with Marcus' family. Jackson was only interested in the sweet potatoes and discovered they made great hair gel. Shopping on Friday morning is always great fun in Pullman. You get most of the stores you need without the huge mass of people. So the girls spent lots of money while the guys stayed home and drywalled the basement. I think we got the better end of the deal! Now on to Christmas! We woke up Sunday to a blanket of snow, the perfect backdrop to put on Christmas music and decorate the house.

His cousin took good care of him.

Baby Jacob!

Leaves and a Library

Jackson is having fun playing in all the fall leaves. He was much more interested in running around than posing for a picture in a huge pile of Cougar colors!

We took our first trip to the library. I thought he would be excited with all the books to choose from. He loves reading at home. Unfortunatly, he was more interested in climbing on stools and chairs or playing with toys. He made friends with a little girl that is five days older and was quite upset when she left. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Helped him take a LONG nap, too!

Hello Again

It has been a long time since I posted anything. Since school started, I feel like we have been in fast forward mode. I have a great class and I am enjoying each day, now that I am in my second trimester with baby number two. Marcus and I (and Jackson and Maggie) have been to Pullman quite a bit for football season. Jackson is growing like a weed. He is getting really fun to play with and he is talking a lot. Most of these pictures are of him and his new hats that his Great, Great Aunt Baba made him. We were cheap parents and did the same costume for Halloween this year, he was still too cute!
