Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24

Disneyland - Day 1

When Jackson was 11 months old he got to go to Disneyland. It is only fair that Jacob does the same, right? So, here we are, bright and early ready to head for the Happiest Place on Earth. Ready for take-off! Our day started at 3:30 am. Because we used airline milage for my ticket, we did not get the best flights. Our first flight was at 5:45 am. We arrived early into Seattle, making our layover 5 and 1/2 hours.
After getting some breakfast, we FINALLY got JJ to take a nap in the airport. Once he was out, he was zonked!
We got into Orange County around 3 and headed for our friends' house. Trey and Vallie watched the boys for us that evening so Marcus and I could go into Disneyland ourselves. We had quite a bit to accomplish with only a few hours of no kids. We first headed to California Adventure to go on Soarin' and Screamin'. We never did get on Screamin' (the big coaster with the Mickey head) as we had a reservation at The Blue Bayou. This was probably a good thing as we were both a bit nauseous (sp?) from traveling and lack of sleep. We walked on to Pirates on the way to dinner and waited only about 15 minutes for Indy after dinner. After doing Big Thunder Mountain, Matterhorn, and Space Mountain we crawled into bed with turned stomachs, praying the kids would sleep in!

Am I ever too tired to deal with Disney stuff?! We had a relaxing day at home yesterday. Laundry, computer, and TV!
