Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! As you can see, Jackson loved getting cards from his grandparents and his Nana. He must not realize the value of money yet as he decided one dollar was for him, one for grandma and grandpa, and one for Daddy. I don't think that generosity will last long. Wouldn't it be great if it did!
We spent the afternoon making cookies for Daddy and neighbors. Unfortunately, they did not come out as well as we would have liked. Can you see the train cookie? That was a must have!
The frosting was good!
Although I was not thrilled with the cookies, the boys did not seem to mind at all!
We decided to do something fun as a family, so first we took Jackson to Kids' Castle. It is a giant playscape where he could spend hours playing. Afterwards, we headed to Major's (a burger place) and he was able to get his favorite meal, a hot dog, fries, and a chocolate shake. We thought we would share the shake, but he pretty much devoured it!
Sorry, Jacob, you will have more fun next year!
