This was our first Easter being away from family. I was bound and determined to make it fun, as we would all be missing the craziness of tons of people. Saturday morning we took the kids to a local egg hunt. We decided to try the one we felt would be less populated, but it also meant fewer eggs. Since the boys were eager to hunt more eggs, I filled our 60 plastic eggs with coins and candy which seemed to please them!
They were very cute hunting, doing it together and sharing with each other. If only they were like this all the time! Ryn had already had her fill of hunting eggs as we were "training" her the week prior to Easter!

It was fun to be heading to our church on Easter morning. Ryn liked her dress and even left her bow in most of the morning.
Some new friends invited us over for dinner, so we did have fun with others. Thanks, Erwins!
